To ensure the maximum efficiency of each individual machine, Ingramatic has a central warehouse with 98% of spare parts available immediately, and has set up spare parts warehouses in its branches on other continents.

In Castelnuovo Scrivia, the warehouse manages the fully automatic handling of 700 pallets and 3,000 containers.

The standardisation of all the components used across the enormous range of models produced is a policy that has been in place for 20 years, and therefore a further guarantee of the speed and efficiency of the service we provide.
