2004 wird Ingramatic von der Sacma Gruppe übernommen und nur zwei Jahre später, 2006, wurde das neue Werk in Castelnuovo Scrivia auf einer Fläche von 20.000 m2 erbaut. Es stellt einen logistischen, organisatorischen und betrieblichen Aufschwung in Richtung neuer Ziele dar. Durch die neuen innovativen Gewindewalzmaschinen ist Ingramatic in der Lage, hochwiderstandsfähige Bolzen und Spezialteile für die komplexesten Anwendungen herzustellen.
