WIRE Düsseldorf in Germany
23/03/2021 Sacma Group personnel will be pleased to welcome you at WIRE Düsseldorf in Germany, stand Booth C61 / Hall 13 from 20th to 24th June 2022.
- Sacma will present the World Premiere with the 1D2B combined header model KSP12-R. Sacma is re-introducing in its product line the 1D2B combined header to face an increasing request of small and self-tapping screws widely used in different industry fields. That’s the best solution for high productivity requirements, consolidation of production methods, floor space utilization and work flow in the fasteners manufacturing process by having the forming and thread rolling all in one machine.
- The Ingramatic division will show the well-known modular “I-Thread” machine line providing many innovative features like the motorization of the die match and the starter units driven by torque motor which will be displayed with the 2022 RP420-R1. In addition, Ingramatic will introduce its new washer assembly units which has been updated with the integration of servomotors and a new design to manage better the changeover and the quality of the parts.
- HS ASPE is the division of the group providing secondary operation machines to run pre-formed parts with a range of technologies which is consisting of tapping machines, combined machines, transfer machines and multi spindle turning machines. HS ASPE will show the new generation of automatic tapping machine model T10-HC running parts up to M10 with two working stations and four taps.
- Tecno Lift will be present with all ancillaries for the Sacma Group machines to load, to feed and to convey parts. All the machines shown on the booth will be equipped with Tecno Lift solutions which are available for other application or existing machines already installed to the customers.
